Block A Ready for Immediate Use
Block A is the first operational data center on the Frankfurt One campus and is available for immediate occupation. It provides 5,000 sq.m. of high specification technical space, including 4,962 sq.m. of fully built out whitespace and 9.1 MW of fully built out power capacity. With the planned future development of Blocks B and C, the overall campus footprint is expected to expand to up to 15,000 sq.m., offering significant growth potential.

Frankfurt One supports multiple deployment models and tailored solutions to meet varying customer requirements. Clients can deploy bespoke and scalable data halls, full or partial cabinets, shared rackspace, secure cages, or private suites. All areas are equipped with raised flooring capable of supporting a maximum floor load of 1,000 kg per square meter, making them suitable for high density IT equipment.
Connectivity and Energy Efficiency
The campus features a carrier neutral design that enables strong connectivity and network diversity via multiple fiber providers. Its ecosystem includes access to an Internet Exchange Point, several peering networks, and multiple network providers. Energy efficiency and resilience are achieved through N+1 adiabatic cooling systems, N+N UPS systems with a 10 minute battery backup, and fully rated N+N backup generators that provide up to 36 hours of fuel autonomy.

Security at Frankfurt One is built on a multi layered approach. The site includes a fenced perimeter, 24/7 on site security personnel, CCTV monitoring, and card based access control. Fire protection is handled by VESDA based automatic fire suppression systems. The facility is certified to ISO27001, ISO9001, and ISO14001 standards, ensuring compliance with international best practices in security, quality management, and environmental responsibility.
