Data Center Operations
WIIT AG manages seven data centers in Düsseldorf and additional facilities throughout Germany. All data centers are ISO 27001 certified and designed to meet high security and high availability standards, while also supporting standard colocation and cost-effective hosting requirements. Among these, the DUS2 facility is notable for being the first Tier IV data center in Germany certified by the Uptime Institute. It also houses the world’s largest Lampertz security cell in LSR18.6 design. The data center infrastructure features fully built-out whitespace of 225 sq.m., UPS and cooling redundancy at N+1 level, and a highly redundant backbone with over 3570 Gbit external connection capacity.
Colocation & Availability
WIIT AG offers flexible colocation solutions, including full cabinets, partial cabinets, shared rackspace, and private cages. However, suites, build-to-suit spaces, footprints, and remote hands services are currently not available. The facilities follow a Tier 3 design and are equipped with 24/7 onsite technical and security staff.
Security & Compliance
Advanced security measures are implemented across all sites, including a fenced perimeter, mantrap entry, biometric and card access controls, CCTV surveillance, and automatic fire suppression using Argon gas.
