The data centre building occupies a total gross floor area of 8,000 sqm, including 2,400 sqm of leasable IT space, approximately 2,900 sqm of technical areas, 1,500 sqm for corridors, entrance halls, and terraces, 700 sqm of office areas, and 500 sqm for other purposes such as conference and security rooms. The leasable IT area is divided into 11 separate modules, ranging from 100 sqm to 350 sqm, each designed as a fire protection section.
Hosting Services
The data centre offers a variety of hosting solutions, including full cabinets, partial cabinets, shared rackspace, cages, and suite footprints. Remote hands services are also available to support on-site technical needs.
Power & Cooling
With a total power output of 2 × 4.5 MW, the data centre provides sufficient capacity for future expansion and supports high-power racks of 25 kW and above. Redundant power systems include UPS, cooling, and standby power with N+1 redundancy. Localized cooling and designated power reserves provide extreme flexibility for diverse IT setups.
