NetCologne's Lövenich Data Center, opened in September 2024, is designed as a scalable, state-of-the-art green facility with a fully built-out power capacity of 5 MW, of which 1.5 MW is currently live. It provides a fully built-out whitespace of 1,000 sq.m., supporting future growth and expansion.
Facility Specifications
The data center is TÜV-certified under DIN EN 50600 and ISO 27001, ensuring compliance with international standards. Built with sustainability in mind, it features green facades (begrünte Fassaden), photovoltaic systems, and advanced waste heat utilization, achieving an impressive Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) of 1.2.
Redundancy and Reliability
To guarantee uninterrupted operations, the facility is built on a Tier 3 design with 2N+1 redundancy across UPS systems, cooling infrastructure, and standby power. This ensures maximum uptime and resilience for critical IT workloads.

The Lövenich Data Center offers flexible colocation solutions including full cabinets, partial cabinets, shared rackspace, cages, and suite footprints, with optional remote hands services to support customer operations.
