The center is also equipped with comprehensive utility failure safeguards, including UPS systems and dual generators, maintaining continuous operation even during grid failures.
Connectivity and Network Services

Services are provided through multiple feeds by local ISPs Websprix and Ethio Telecom, ensuring reliable access to both national and metro networks. For global reach, international IP and cloud services are delivered through redundant cross-border optical circuits. Operational Integrity and Fire Suppression
Operational integrity is preserved through several advanced systems. The equipment integrity is maintained by the cabinet design, which includes perforated front and back doors to enable 86% airflow, preventing overheating. For ultimate protection against physical damage, the facility uses automated inert gas fire suppression systems, which are a highly effective and equipment-safe method for putting out fires. The center also provides Remote Hands services, adding another layer of operational support for clients.
