This purpose-built, multi-tenant facility spans a total of 14,500 square meters across three floors. It is engineered for significant scale, providing 3,500 square meters of whitespace and a fully built-out Datacenter power capacity of 31.5 MW. The data hall floors feature a high ceiling clearance of 600 cm.

It is engineered for high efficiency, targeting an impressive Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) of 1.2, supported by a free-cooling system with a chilled water closed circuit.

Security is multi-layered, beginning with a fenced perimeter, mantrap entry, and 24/7 onsite security staff supported by AI. Access is controlled via CCTV surveillance, biometric scanners, and access cards. The facility also features an advanced low-oxygen and gas fire suppression system. It is certified compliant with the highest international standards, including DSS PCI, ISO27001, EN50600, and ISO9001.
Infrastructure Redundancy and Reliability
Designed for high reliability, the infrastructure features a Tier 3 design and certification with Level 3 to 4 redundancy. All critical systems are configured in an N+1 redundancy model, including the UPS (with batteries), cooling systems, and standby diesel generators, ensuring exceptional uptime for operations.
Flexible Colocation and Data Room Options
The facility offers highly flexible colocation solutions with flexibly sized data rooms across two floors. Customers can choose from shared rackspace, partial cabinets, full cabinets, secure cages, or custom private suites. The data rooms are designed to support high-density requirements, delivering a maximum power of 20 kW per rack.
Connectivity, Support, and Amenities
As a carrier and operator-neutral facility, it provides access to 10 network providers and 6 peering networks via its Meet-Me-Room (MMR). Support is available 24/7 from both onsite technical staff and security, with "Remote Hands" services available. The facility, operational since 2022, is also equipped with a loading bay, conference rooms, a breakroom, office space, and available parking.
