The data center is TIER III-designed (Uptime Institute), ensuring high reliability through redundant systems. This includes redundant power provided by UPS, a diesel generator, and a redundant cooling system. Fire monitoring is sophisticated, utilizing an ion sensor, optical detection, and aspiration system, with fire extinguishing carried out using oxygen reduction gases. Additionally, the facility uses 100% green power sourced from renewable sources like wind and hydropower.

Security monitoring is extensive, including fire monitoring, monitoring of gases, water penetration, leaks, humidity, etc., and video surveillance of all areas.

The facility is monitored around the clock from a 24/7 NOC (Network Operations Centre), which handles alarms and remote fault resolution, backed by a 24/7 on-call team for on-site issues. Connectivity is robust with double fibre access and an extra layer of security and resilience provided by a connection through Cibicom's nationwide radio network. Remote Hands service is also available.
