Availability and Connectivity
The data center prioritizes high availability through redundant systems. The Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) redundancy is built as 2N, meaning there are two independent systems for power delivery. Standby power redundancy is also 2N. Cooling is provided with an N+1 redundancy. Power per rack is offered up to 12 kW as standard, or up to 42 kW with dedicated cooling for high-density needs. Connectivity is supported by a Meet-Me-Room (MMR) and access to 3 Peering networks.

The data center features a Raised Floor type and is Whitespace expandable. Full Cabinets, Partial Cabinets, Shared Rackspace, Cages, and Suites Footprints are available, allowing configurations tailored to specific customer demands, including options for high-density racks. Other amenities for customers include a Conference Room, Breakroom, Office Space, Loading Bay, Loaner Tools, and WiFi.
Design and Operations
The center is a Purpose-built facility utilizing high-performing equipment. All installations are continuously monitored. Power redundancy for all racks is built as N+N, while cooling redundancy is built as N+1.
Security and Support
The facility ensures a highly secure perimeter with a Fenced Perimeter, Mantrap Entry, CCTV surveillance, Biometric Access Control, and Card Access Control. Automatic Fire suppression is in place. The data center is staffed 24/7 with both Onsite Security Staff and Onsite Technical Staff. The technical team also provides Remote Hands service.
