Our data center is housed within our own purpose-built 880 square meter facility, which has been operational since 2010. The building features 840 square meters of usable space, with critical infrastructure located partly underground for enhanced protection. Support and operations offices are conveniently located one floor above the data hall, and the structure also includes roof access.
The primary data hall provides 330 square meters of whitespace, designed with a raised floor to optimize airflow and cable management. This area is configured to house approximately 130 racks (46+3 U), providing a total capacity for about 6,000 servers to support high-density requirements.
Our facility is engineered for high availability with a fully built-out power capacity of 1 MW, supporting a density of up to 5 kW per square meter. Power continuity is ensured by an N+1 redundant UPS system (120 kVA). In the event of a utility outage, a 220 kVA diesel generator with fully automatic operation activates to maintain seamless service.
Environmental control is managed by an N+1 redundant air conditioning system. We place a strong emphasis on efficiency and sustainability, utilizing freecooling technology whenever possible to reduce our environmental footprint while maintaining optimal operating temperatures for all critical equipment.
Security is multi-layered, beginning with 24/7 onsite security staff and continuous supervision. The facility is monitored by CCTV surveillance and features a strict access control system using RFID cards. For safety, the data hall is protected by an FM200 gas extinguishing system, which provides automatic fire suppression without damaging sensitive electronics.
We offer robust connectivity through three independent optical paths, providing a total capacity of 30 Gbps. As the owner of our own autonomous system (AS197019) and IP address blocks, we have full control over routing. Our network offers full IPv6 support and includes a dedicated Meet-Me-Room (MMR) for carrier interconnections.
Our internal web hosting services and virtual servers run on professional Fujitsu BX920 S2 blade servers, supported by a mix of HP and Fujitsu hardware. We maintain a comprehensive stock of spare parts, including spare chassis, to ensure rapid repairs. We offer flexible colocation options, including full cabinets, partial cabinets, and shared rackspace footprints, all supported by our expert Remote Hands service.
