A main component of the service is the supply of flawless, backed-up electricity to ensure uninterrupted operation. This infrastructure is supported by N+1 redundancy for both the UPS and standby power systems. Similarly, backup cooling systems, also with N+1 redundancy, are in place to guarantee a stable operating environment.

The facility provides high-level physical and technological security for all client infrastructure. Security measures include a comprehensive electronic access control system using cards, full CCTV surveillance, an electronic fire protection system, and an automatic, stable fire suppression system.
