Operations and Support
Designed for continuous service, the Hellas Sat Teleport has been operational since 2008. It runs 24/7/365, supported by an onsite Network Operations Center (NOC). Both onsite technical staff and onsite security staff are present around the clock to ensure reliability.
Power and Redundancy
The facility is engineered for high availability with robust infrastructure, reflected in its Tier 4 design. It features 2N redundancy for UPS, cooling, and standby power systems. The site's power capacity includes 1 MW live, 2 MW under construction, and a fully built-out potential of 4 MW.

Physical security is comprehensive, featuring a fenced perimeter, mantrap entry, 24/7 CCTV surveillance, and multi-layered access controls (biometric and card-based), alongside automatic fire suppression.
