Facility Design & Capacity

The construction type is Retrofitted with expandable whitespace and a solid wall perimeter for crash prevention. Power & Cooling Infrastructure
The power configuration features a redundant electrical power supply, drawing from two separate utility supply circuits from a 35KV transformer substation, each terminating in its own electrical panel. Standby generation includes an N+1 diesel generator with sufficient on-site fuel storage for at least 24 hours of operation. Power continuity is maintained by Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems.
The cooling configuration is also N+1, using a water-cooling conditioner with dual water circulation. It utilizes the energy-efficient "hot" and "cold" aisles layout and includes a water leakage detection system.
Security & Fire Protection
Security is paramount, featuring an infrared detection system on the perimeter. Access is controlled via redundant entrances and security checkpoints utilizing identification and authentication systems including fingerprint authentication systems at the Main Distribution Area. The facility has onsite security staff 24/7 and utilizes Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) for surveillance.
Connectivity & Interconnection
The facility provides Redundant access provider services to common carriers like China Telecom (CT), China Unicom (CU), and China Mobile (CM), leveraging BGP 4 protocol for resilient and efficient routing. It has a Meet-Me-Room (MMR) for interconnection and lists two network providers.
