Sino-Ocean Data Data Center

Spanning 24,000 square meters across four stories with a ferroconcrete frame structure, the data center offers 2,800 cabinets and has a total building size of 24,000 sq.m. The facility boasts a high loading capacity ranging from 10 to 15 KN/m² and features a 2-ton capacity freight elevator. The design incorporates varied story heights (6.8m for the 1st floor, 3.83m for the 2nd/3rd, and 4.82m for the 4th).

The facility's power system is robust, featuring a fully built-out power of 30 MW and a total capacity of 37,500 KVA with dual paths. It ensures continuous operation through a 2N redundant UPS system and an N+1 redundant diesel generator configuration for standby power. The cooling system also uses an N+1 redundant configuration of precision air conditioners and a water cooling system with a cold storage tank that provides 15 minutes of cooling, capable of operating for 24 hours without external water supply.

Security is maintained via HD cameras (CCTV surveillance), access control systems, and infrared detection. For fire safety, the facility employs an IG541 automatic gas fire-fighting system and independent fire-fighting zones, providing automatic fire suppression. Onsite technical staff are available 24/7.

Connectivity is guaranteed with a backbone network link to China Mobile, offering scalable multi-line connections and 144-core bare fiber resources.

The data center offers a range of colocation options including full cabinets, partial cabinets, shared rackspace, cages, suites footprints, and remote hands services.
