As a retrofitted, multi-tenant site with expandable whitespace, it provides a flexible environment where customers can install servers with the assurance of Tier 2 design standards.

It is primarily solar-powered, utilizing automatic transfer switches to toggle between the grid and a reliable generator backup. Each rack is standardly wired for 6,000 watts, though high-density users can opt for 12,000 watt racks. To ensure continuous operation during power fluctuations, the site employs inline UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) systems across the entire infrastructure.

Advanced Cooling and Environmental Control

To maximize efficiency and reduce electricity consumption, Rack & Data utilizes a custom-designed cooling system that leverages fresh, filtered, and conditioned air when external humidity and temperature levels are optimal. The facility architecture incorporates hot and cold aisle containment, a strategic layout that isolates exhaust air from intake air to maintain a stable climate for sensitive hardware.

Connectivity and Networking

As a carrier-neutral hub, the facility offers a Meet-Me-Room (MMR) and provides access to two distinct network providers and two peering networks. This connectivity ensures that clients can manage BGP Internet requirements with ease. The infrastructure is designed to support a variety of tenancy needs, offering everything from shared rackspace and partial cabinets to full cabinets, private cages, and dedicated suites.
