The eStruxture VAN-3 Data Center spans a 54,000 square foot facility, offering more than 25,000 square feet of server cabinet space, electrical distribution, cooling infrastructure, and backup power systems including UPS and diesel generators. Conveniently located near the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) and the Trans-Canada Highway, the data center benefits from access to stable power and dense fiber optic infrastructure.

The facility provides 13 MW of power and supports various deployment models such as full and partial cabinets, shared rackspace, cages, suites, build-to-suit configurations, and custom footprints. Enhanced redundancy is delivered via a dedicated fiber ring interconnecting VAN-1, VAN-2, and VAN-3, along with direct access to Vancouver’s main carrier hotel at 555 Hastings.
