Located in the Etobicoke area of Toronto, Ontario, the eStruxture TOR-3 Data Center serves as a centralized hub for colocation, cloud, and connectivity needs. The facility is specifically designed for enterprises that require robust primary and secondary colocation environments. Beyond simple rack space, TOR-3 offers integrated managed services, including built-in business continuity and disaster recovery solutions to ensure that critical operations remain functional during unforeseen disruptions.

The facility provides a wide variety of housing options for IT infrastructure, ranging from shared rack space and partial cabinets to full cabinets, private cages, suites, and custom footprints. By leveraging eStruxture’s pre-configured environment, businesses can deploy their servers and equipment in a fraction of the time it would take to build an in-house data center. This flexibility is supported by "Remote Hands" services, allowing off-site engineers to manage hardware on behalf of the client.

TOR-3 is a Tier III certified facility, designed to meet or exceed rigorous performance standards to ensure high availability. It operates with an industry-leading Service Level Agreement (SLA) that guarantees 100% uptime. To support global enterprise requirements, the data center maintains a high level of regulatory compliance, including DSS PCI, ISO27001, SAS70 Type 2, and HIPAA certifications. With a total power capacity of 5MW, the data center is built for heavy-duty enterprise workloads. The electrical architecture features N+1 redundancy across all Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems. To guard against utility failures, the site is supported by a diverse backup generator array consisting of 2.5MW and 2.225MW diesel units, alongside a 2MW natural gas generator. In-cabinet power is delivered via 3-phase 208V 30A circuits, monitored through intelligent PDUs to ensure precise load management.

Thermal management at TOR-3 is handled through sophisticated N+1 mechanical infrastructure tailored to specific data halls. Data Halls 1 and 2 utilize closed-loop glycol CRAC units paired with individual dry coolers located on the roof. Data Hall 3 employs centralized chiller units and air handling units, which include a "free cooling" mode to maximize energy efficiency during cooler Toronto temperatures. This redundant mechanical design ensures that equipment remains at optimal operating temperatures year-round.

Security at the Etobicoke facility is managed by 24/7/365 onsite staff and a multi-factor authentication protocol. Access is strictly controlled through a centralized system featuring proximity card readers and dual-factor biometric authentication. To maintain a secure perimeter and internal audit trail, the facility uses advanced video surveillance with a comprehensive 90-day video retention policy.
