TOR 1 is engineered for maximum uptime, supporting up to 10MW of critical IT load through dual underground utility power feeds, five UPS systems, and backup diesel generators. Power is delivered via single phase 120 to 208V connections, supporting densities of up to 5kW per cabinet, with higher capacities available upon request. Cooling is achieved through an advanced deep water cooling system, supplemented by chilled water systems and glycol loops, all designed with mechanical redundancy to ensure consistent thermal performance.
Elite Security and Compliance
The facility employs a comprehensive multilayered security framework, including 24 by 7 by 365 on site security personnel, mantrap entry points, and routine security patrols. Access is controlled through multi factor authentication and biometric systems, while continuous video surveillance with 90 day retention ensures complete monitoring. TOR 1 complies with stringent industry standards and certifications, including Tier 3 design, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and HIPAA.
