The facility spans a total area of 8,000 square meters, equivalent to 80,000 square feet, with 4,701 square meters or 50,600 square feet dedicated to raised floor space. Of this footprint, 27,168 square feet is allocated to Advanced Recovery Services and Managed Services operations. The site is purpose built for high density recovery and business continuity, featuring two Computer Recovery Centers, four Customer Command Centers, and four Workstation Recovery Centers designed to support dedicated workforce recovery during critical events.

The data center is supported by a highly resilient and fully redundant power architecture designed to deliver continuous availability. Power is supplied through an underground feed from Enersource Hydro Mississauga, with an additional dedicated electrical feed serving the Managed Services environment to ensure operational independence and reliability.

Power distribution is supported by two external transformers rated at 3,000 kVA each. Electrical stability is maintained through multiple uninterruptible power supply systems, including two 750 kVA units and one 300 kVA unit, while the Managed Services area is independently protected by eight 500 kVA UPS modules. Backup power is delivered through an N plus one generator configuration consisting of a primary 2,500 kVA diesel generator and three additional 2,500 kVA generators dedicated to the Managed Services area. Fuel storage capacity totals 58,638 liters, enabling extended runtime during utility outages.

Environmental control is provided by 60 Liebert computer room air conditioning units engineered to support high density equipment deployments. These systems maintain precise temperature and humidity levels across all operational zones to ensure consistent performance and hardware protection.

The facility operates with round the clock security through an integrated combination of physical controls and electronic monitoring. Access is managed via a card reader system, while comprehensive CCTV surveillance continuously monitors both interior spaces and the external perimeter. Fire protection is delivered through a pre action dry pipe sprinkler system featuring a double interlock design that requires both heat or smoke detection and a secondary valve activation before water is released, minimizing the risk of accidental discharge and protecting sensitive electronic systems.

The site functions as a highly interconnected network hub utilizing a meshed multi vendor Internet transit architecture. Connectivity is supported by diverse fiber entry points and physically separated internal pathways that provide long haul public and private network access. The internal network design includes redundant distribution systems and dual physical handoffs using copper, single mode fiber, and multi mode fiber. Dedicated private production and recovery MPLS backbone access is also available, enabling secure subscriber traffic transport and support for both TDM and IP based services.

The recovery center complies with globally recognized standards for security, data protection, and operational excellence. Certifications include ISO IEC 27001 2013 for information security management, SOC 2 Type II for validated controls over security, availability, and processing integrity, and PCI DSS certification for the secure handling of credit card and financial transaction data.

In addition to its technical infrastructure, the facility is designed to operate as a fully functional secondary office during emergency situations. Client support amenities include dedicated conference rooms, office areas, and breakrooms to support extended occupancy. Operational logistics are enhanced through a professional loading bay and continuous remote hands services available around the clock. Deployment options are flexible and include full cabinets, partial cabinets, shared rackspace, secure cages, and private suite configurations.
