The facility ensures continuous operation through a robust power strategy. It features a Central UPS system to bridge the gap during power transitions, supported by dual electrical grid connections sourced from independent substations to minimize the risk of a regional utility failure. In the event of a total grid outage, multiple diesel generators provide backup power. Notably, the air conditioning units and pumps are integrated into the generator circuit, allowing for unlimited runtime regardless of utility status.

Environmental stability is maintained by a fault tolerant cooling system consisting of six 10 ton air conditioning units equipped with precise humidity regulation. To protect hardware without causing service interruptions, the facility utilizes a non service affecting FM 200 Fire Suppression System. This system is divided into multiple zones, managed by a central controller, and is fully integrated into the building’s primary fire safety network.

The network is built on a multi homed BGP 4 architecture with a fully redundant core router and multiple 10GigE backbone trunks to handle massive traffic spikes. Connectivity is provided through several Tier 1 providers, including 10Gbps links to Telia, GTT, and the Toronto Internet Exchange Torix. This setup offers latency optimized routing across Canada, the United States, and global markets, backed by a 99.9 percent uptime guarantee SLA and 24 by 7 proactive monitoring.

Physical security is enforced through a multi layered approach, starting with a Mantrap building entry that requires key card authentication. The premises are monitored 24 by 7 by onsite security staff and comprehensive CCTV surveillance. All critical entry points, including elevators and server room doors, are monitored for forced entry. Furthermore, all external fiber and wiring are protected within closed conduits to prevent tampering or accidental damage.

The facility offers versatile housing options including Full Cabinets, Partial Cabinets, and Shared Rackspace. Clients benefit from 24 by 7 onsite technical staff and Remote Hands services for hardware troubleshooting.
