The data center provides a fully built-out power capacity of 2.1 MW, with live power also at 2.1 MW, and a total of 1,190 sq.m. of whitespace. Flexible space options are available, including full cabinets, partial cabinets, and shared rackspace to support varying customer requirements.

Standard rack configurations include 42U APC AR3100 cabinets, with power options of (1) 110v/20 amp or (2) 110v/20A provided as standard. Customers benefit from a wide range of hosting services with scalability to match operational needs.

Power is supported by (2) 600v 3-phase utility feeds delivering 2,500 amps. UPS redundancy is achieved with three UPS units providing “A&B Power,” including Mitsubishi and Schneider Electric systems with modular battery cabinets and wet-cell battery plants. Backup is secured by three Caterpillar diesel generators – two rated at 800kW and one at 574kW – supported by 12 ASCO Automatic Transfer Switches and a 5,000-gallon main diesel fuel tank with day tanks. Cooling is maintained by (10) 20-ton Liebert HVAC units with rooftop condenser units for the main floor and (2) 12-ton Carrier units for the UPS room.

The facility is designed to support enterprise-grade reliability and redundancy standards. With built-in compliance-ready infrastructure, it ensures consistent uptime and robust operational performance suitable for mission-critical workloads.

Comprehensive fire protection is provided by an under raised floor CO2 suppression system with smoke detectors placed below the raised floor, on, and above the ceiling. Security measures include a CCURE Software House card reader system with eight card readers requiring HID card swipes and PIN codes for access, 24/7 lobby security, and extensive monitoring through eight cameras with DVR systems plus four IP cameras offering remote recording and continuous surveillance.

Customers have WiFi access within the facility and 24/7 security-controlled access. After-hours, weekend, and holiday access is permitted only for authorized individuals on the access list, ensuring both convenience and safety.

The data center offers IP Transit and Ethernet Point-to-Point services, with connectivity from major carriers including Bell Canada, Cogeco, Rogers, and AllStream. Network reach is extended with 2 peering networks and 3 network providers, ensuring redundancy and strong interconnection capabilities.
