Coloware owns and operates high-performance data center space within Toronto’s premier carrier hotel, located at 151 Front Street. As a key player in the Canadian digital landscape, Coloware’s business model centers on providing a comprehensive suite of services including premium colocation, robust connectivity, managed IT services, and 24/7 remote hands support. Their mission is to serve as a reliable foundation for a diverse range of organizations requiring high-availability infrastructure.

The facility is engineered for high-density performance, boasting 1 MW of fully built-out power. This power capacity supports a variety of hardware configurations, with a maximum power density of 12 kW per rack, ensuring that even power-hungry AI or enterprise-grade deployments are adequately supported. The infrastructure is designed to provide the stability and wattage necessary for modern, high-compute workloads.

Spanning 2,000 square feet of fully built-out whitespace, the data center offers a purpose-built environment optimized for hardware efficiency. While the current footprint is meticulously managed, the facility is designed with expandable whitespace, allowing Coloware to scale alongside its clients' growing needs. This construction type ensures that the physical environment remains agile and ready for future technological shifts.

Coloware provides a versatile range of physical hosting solutions to accommodate businesses of all sizes. Clients can choose from full cabinets, partial cabinets, or shared rackspace, while larger enterprises can utilize dedicated cage footprints.
