Amanah operates two premier data center suites, TOR 1 (Suite 341) and TOR 2 (Suite 616), located within Canada’s most carrier-dense interconnection hub. While TOR 1 serves as the primary high-performance hub with direct access to the Toronto Internet Exchange (TORIX), TOR 2 acts as a high-availability extension. The two suites are privately interconnected via dedicated fiber pathways, allowing for seamless data replication, workload balancing, and robust disaster recovery strategies. Amanah stands out in the Toronto market by offering flexible, no-contract colocation services ranging from single "U" spaces to full 44U racks, backed by a 10% price-match guarantee.

The facility is a purpose-built, sole-tenant construction that became operational in 2025. Spanning a total building size of 22,745 sq. m., the data center features 120 sq. m. of live whitespace with a solid floor design and a generous floor-to-ceiling height of 365 cm. The infrastructure is designed to support high-power density requirements, with racks capable of handling up to 12 kW (with a standard max of 10 kW for most configurations). Clients can choose from shared rackspace, quarter, half, or full cabinets to suit their specific scaling needs.

Engineering for uptime is central to Amanah’s operations, featuring a Tier 1 design with N+1 redundancy across all critical systems. The facility boasts 1 MW of live power supported by building-provided UPS systems and diesel-powered standby generators. Cooling is managed through a sustainable and innovative partnership with Enwave, utilizing cold water from Lake Ontario to achieve an impressive PUE of 1.2. This is supplemented by Liebert in-row cooling, hot aisle containment, and constant humidification monitoring to ensure an optimal environment for hardware.

Amanah employs a multi-layered security protocol to protect mission-critical data. The perimeter is secured by 24/7 on-site personnel and a fenced boundary. Internal access is strictly controlled via a mantrap entry, biometric scanners, and card access systems. Furthermore, individual racks feature code authentication for granular security. The facility is under continuous CCTV surveillance and is protected against fire hazards by an FM-200 automatic fire suppression system, designed to extinguish fires without damaging sensitive electronic equipment.

As a major gateway for global traffic, the facility offers unparalleled connectivity with direct access to over 400 networks, including major ISPs and cloud providers. A key highlight is the direct peering with TORIX, which connects users to over 250+ peers for ultra-low latency and enhanced network redundancy. The presence of four primary network providers on-site, combined with intelligent PDUs and diverse automatic transfer switches (ATSs), ensures that real-time applications and mission-critical workloads remain online without interruption.

The data center is built to enterprise-grade specifications, adhering to a Tier 1 infrastructure design that emphasizes reliability and redundant pathways. By maintaining N+1 redundancy in power, cooling, and standby generation, Amanah ensures that its facility meets the rigorous demands of modern IT business requirements. Beyond the technical specs, Amanah provides a comprehensive suite of amenities to support IT staff. These include 24/7 on-site security and business-hour technical support (Remote Hands).
