Facility Design & Capacity

The facility is a purpose-built, sole-tenant construction that became operational in 2025. Spanning a total building size of 22,745 sq. m., the data center features 120 sq. m. of live whitespace with a solid floor design and a generous floor-to-ceiling height of 365 cm. The infrastructure is designed to support high-power density requirements, with racks capable of handling up to 12 kW (with a standard max of 10 kW for most configurations). Clients can choose from shared rackspace, quarter, half, or full cabinets to suit their specific scaling needs.

The facility is under continuous CCTV surveillance and is protected against fire hazards by an FM-200 automatic fire suppression system, designed to extinguish fires without damaging sensitive electronic equipment.

As a major gateway for global traffic, the facility offers unparalleled connectivity with direct access to over 400 networks, including major ISPs and cloud providers. A key highlight is the direct peering with TORIX, which connects users to over 250+ peers for ultra-low latency and enhanced network redundancy. The presence of four primary network providers on-site, combined with intelligent PDUs and diverse automatic transfer switches (ATSs), ensures that real-time applications and mission-critical workloads remain online without interruption.
