Our facility represents the culmination of a decade of ISP and data center expertise, featuring 10,000 square feet of purpose built colocation space. Currently, the site boasts over 2MW of deliverable power, specifically configured to handle modern high density workloads. With an average density of over 5kW per rack and the capacity to scale up to 150KW per rack for specialized liquid cooling configurations, we provide a robust foundation for everything from standard enterprise setups to intensive AI and HPC clusters.

Reliability is engineered into every layer of our infrastructure to support a strict 100 percent uptime SLA. The facility utilizes N plus 1 UPS redundancy and N plus 1 standby power backed by a comprehensive generator setup to ensure seamless transitions during utility fluctuations. Cooling is equally prioritized; our redundant air handling and humidification systems support free air and hot aisle containment, ensuring your hardware operates within optimal thermal ranges regardless of the external environment.

Security is handled through a rigorous, multi tiered approach designed to meet the most demanding compliance standards. Access is controlled via mantrap entries and dual credential biometric secured access throughout the building. The perimeter and interior are under constant CCTV surveillance, while the entire facility is monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year by on site technical staff. For fire safety, we employ an automatic wet pipe suppression system, with pre action dry pipe options available in designated zones.

As a carrier neutral provider, we offer our tenants the freedom to choose the best connectivity partners for their specific needs without being locked into a single provider. Our ecosystem is highly interconnected, featuring direct access to two major Internet Exchange Points and over 24 peering networks. This wholesale connectivity model ensures low latency performance and high speed data transfer, making it an ideal hub for ISPs and bandwidth heavy applications.
