It offers abundant power that is immediately available on demand and scalable for future growth. The infrastructure includes a raised floor layout with physically segregated power and cooling systems. All critical systems—such as UPS, switchgear, control units, and backup diesel generators—are sourced from world-class manufacturers and supported by extended on-site fuel storage for long-term resilience.

The facility supports multiple upstream data and internet connections to Tier 1 carriers and providers, enabling high-speed and redundant connectivity. Full gigabit Ethernet internal switching is implemented using enterprise-grade Cisco devices to ensure seamless network performance.

Clients have access to private, custom data suites with controlled visibility and access. A variety of colocation options are available, including Full Cabinets, Partial Cabinets, Shared Rackspace, and Footprints, offering flexibility to meet different business needs.

To guarantee uninterrupted service, the center features triple-redundant power and climate control systems. In addition, separate mirror and disaster recovery sites located in Toronto and Montreal provide an added layer of business continuity and risk mitigation.

Advanced environmental monitoring includes floor leak and heat detectors. A gas-based, waterless fire suppression system is installed to protect equipment without the risks associated with traditional water-based systems.

The facility ensures complete physical security through perimeter alarms, biometric authentication systems, and continuous video surveillance. All systems are monitored 24/7/365 from dual Network Operations Centers to maintain high levels of operational integrity.

Remote Hands services are available, providing on-site technical assistance and maintenance support to clients whenever required.
