eStruxture Data Centers MTL-2 combines the scale and space of a warehouse facility with the convenience of a location close to downtown Montréal. With over 156,000 sq. ft. of whitespace available, it offers a wide variety of options including individual racks, partial and full cabinets, dedicated halls, cages, suites, storage, and disaster recovery space.
Design and Power
The data center is cloud and carrier neutral, designed to Tier III standards with an N+1 configuration. It supports power loads of 30kW per cabinet, with higher power available upon request. The facility provides 30 MW of power capacity.
Connectivity
MTL-2 is connected by a redundant and path-diverse fiber loop to the eStruxture MTL-1 data center, ensuring reliable and diverse network connections.

Operational since 2018, the data center features 24/7 onsite security staff. It offers sole-tenant tenancy within a retrofitted building, with expandable whitespace and a Meet-Me-Room (MMR) for cross-connects.
