Located in the Mississauga Executive Centre, this facility spans 10,627 square feet of purpose-built whitespace designed for high-density and high-availability operations. The infrastructure is built upon an 18-inch raised floor system, providing optimized airflow and cable management. To meet the rigorous demands of enterprise clients, the facility maintains top-tier industry certifications, including SSAE 16 SOC 2 Type 2 and CSAE 3416, while ensuring full PCI DSS compliance for secure financial data handling.

The data center is engineered to prevent downtime through a sophisticated power architecture featuring diverse utility feeds sourced from separate power grids. Internal distribution utilizes an A+B configuration, ensuring that hardware with dual power supplies remains operational even if one circuit fails. This is supported by high-efficiency UPS systems in an N+1 configuration and backup diesel generators. To guarantee long-term resilience, CentriLogic maintains standby fuel on-site alongside emergency fuel supply contracts with multiple providers.

CentriLogic provides a high-performance networking environment through multi-homed bandwidth and connections to multiple Tier 1 carrier backbone providers. This diversity eliminates single points of failure in data transmission. Furthermore, the facility offers inter-facility connectivity and access to two peering networks, allowing for low-latency data transfer and robust cloud-onramp capabilities for hybrid hosting environments.

To maintain hardware longevity, the facility utilizes a strict climate-controlled environment featuring N+1 redundant cooling units. These independent systems manage temperature and humidity via a “Hot & Cold Aisle” configuration, which prevents the mixing of intake and exhaust air. Continuous environmental monitoring and leak detection systems are in place to provide early warnings of any atmospheric deviations that could impact performance.

Security is managed 24/7/365 through a combination of physical and electronic barriers. Access is governed by Two-Factor Authentication, requiring both a key card and biometric verification for entry. The premises are under constant watch via CCTV IP video surveillance and are patrolled by on-site security staff. Every access point is integrated into an electronic, auditable alarm system to ensure a transparent chain of custody for the physical environment.

Protecting the infrastructure from fire hazards involves a dual-stage approach starting with advanced smoke and particle detection systems. In the event of a fire, the facility utilizes a Pre-Action fire suppression system. This dry-pipe setup acts as a safeguard against accidental water discharge, only activating the suppression agents when multiple sensors confirm a genuine fire threat, thereby protecting sensitive electronic equipment from unnecessary water damage.

The data center is designed to scale with client needs, offering a wide array of deployment footprints including full cabinets, partial cabinets, and shared rackspace.
