The facility features over 12,948 square feet of fully built out white space designed for maximum flexibility. Clients can choose from a range of colocation options, including full and partial cabinets, shared rack space, and private cages or dedicated footprints. The infrastructure is supported by a raised floor system within a retrofitted, multi tenant building, providing a professional environment that includes on site conference rooms, office space, and essential technical tools like crash carts and facility wide WiFi.

With 800 kVA of critical power capacity and a total fully built out power profile of 1 MW, the data center is engineered for high availability workloads. The power architecture utilizes an A and B UPS configuration with N plus 1 redundancy, ensuring that power remains consistent even during equipment maintenance or failure. This robust electrical backbone is designed to support the density requirements of modern enterprise hardware.

To maintain optimal operating temperatures for sensitive equipment, the data center utilizes a direct expansion air cooled system providing 3,600 tons of cooling capacity. The cooling infrastructure is maintained at an N plus 1 redundancy level, ensuring that the environmental climate remains stable. This system is integrated with advanced monitoring to prevent hotspots and maintain the longevity of the housed hardware.

The facility is protected against utility outages by a powerful standby generation system consisting of two 2 MW generators. This setup provides N plus 1 redundancy, meaning the facility can maintain full operations even if one generator fails to start. This backup system ensures that the critical power load remains energized indefinitely during prolonged municipal power failures.

Security is managed through a multi layered approach to protect physical assets and data integrity. The facility features 24 by 7 on site security staff and a mantrap entry system to prevent unauthorized tailgating. Access is strictly governed by a combination of biometric and card access controls, all of which are monitored by comprehensive CCTV surveillance.

The data center is equipped with sophisticated fire detection and suppression technologies to minimize the risk of damage. It utilizes a VESDA system for advanced warning, coupled with a double interlocked dry pipe sprinkler system. This dry pipe design ensures that water is only introduced into the pipes if multiple sensors are triggered, preventing accidental water damage to electronic equipment.

The facility meets the highest global standards for operational excellence and data security, holding certifications for SOC 1 Type II, SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, and PCI DSS. Beyond the physical infrastructure, clients benefit from 24 by 7 on site technical staff and Remote Hands services, providing immediate assistance for troubleshooting, hardware reboots, or equipment installations at any hour.
