EXA Infrastructure (Bulgaria SOF-SHI) Data Center

Infrastructure products are offered in three main formats. Footprint refers to floorspace provided on a per-rack basis, with power also allocated per rack. Cabinet is a provisioned enclosure within a footprint, pre-equipped with power. Floorspace represents raw technical areas sold on a per-square-meter basis, with power options bundled as packages and invoiced separately. All requests for floorspace require a Customer Due Diligence (CDD).

A footprint is defined as the floorspace allocated for one rack, with associated power delivered on the same per-rack basis. Within Interconnect Location Areas (ILAs), only 600mm x 600mm footprints are available. These footprints allow front access only and come with 10A DC power as standard. In Regens and Points of Presence (PoPs), standard footprint sizes include 600mm x 600mm or 600mm x 800mm. These are arranged in suite lines, ensuring both front and rear access to customer equipment.

Racks come with a total internal height of 47U, front and back 19” vertical mounting, and a key-lockable front door. They also include a DC LV breaker panel (if required), a pre-cut floor tile, and are provided within a shared area.

Customers can choose from a range of optional features, including adjustable vented shelves, a DC two-way fan tray unit with cable access, vented doors, and 1U or 2U patch panels for service connection.

DC power is delivered via a 1U high DIN rail located at the top rear of the rack. Power connections are provided with breakers or fuses appropriate to the ordered supply. The protective earth is supplied through the AC connection, while racks are connected to the telecom earth system. General services are presented on 1U or 2U panels located beneath the DC DIN power rail at the back of the rack.

Floorspace is sold as raw technical area on a per m² basis, with power packages billed separately. It is available at both PoP and regen sites. Standard specifications include caged and partitioned private suites, with power packages ranging from 500W/m² to 2KW/m², designed to include air conditioning. DC power can be provisioned up to a maximum of 2KW/m².

The facility provides multiple service options such as full cabinets, partial cabinets, shared rackspace, cages, suites, footprints, and remote hands. Additionally, it supports interconnection with 24 network providers.
