S3C is a carrier-neutral data center designed and built according to the TIER III standard. The colocation rooms maintain ideal conditions with a temperature of ∼21.0 °C and humidity of ∼50.0%. Equipment is housed in high-quality 48U cabinets with 90% door perforation, placed on a 50 cm double floor that can handle a load of up to 1200 kg/m2. Power is managed with individual online electricity meters and the provision of Zero-U PDU power strips and cable arrangers. The facility also allows for various equipment types, including Desktop and Mining equipment, and offers private cells and colocation halls.

The entire infrastructure is built for high reliability. The facility is powered by main power supplies from two independent substations with separate substations housing 2×1000 kVA transformers. Power redundancy is achieved with a reserved 1000 kVA diesel generator (N+1) and modular redundant UPS systems. Electrical panels are separated for A+B power supply groups, all under Smart monitoring. Cooling is also redundant and highly efficient, utilizing precision air conditioning (N+1), with free cooling and indirect adiabatic cooling options. Cooling capacity supports up to 12 kW per cabinet with dedicated hot and cold areas. This robust design backs an excellent Service Level Agreement (SLA) of 99.99%.

S3C offers flexibility in power and space. Each cabinet can be configured with up to 4×25A fuses. Beyond standard colocation, the facility supports Colocation room available for Desktop and Mining equipment and options for private cells and colocation halls. Connectivity is also scalable, with a strategic location providing interconnection with other customers and operators, including an Opportunity for connection to other data centers in Sofia and even colocation in their closet in other data centers in Sofia.

Security is comprehensive, encompassing physical, digital, and regulatory aspects. The center is PCI DSS, ISO 9001, and ISO 27001 certified. Physical security includes 24/7 physical security of the perimeter, video surveillance of the halls and data center, and NFC card access control. There is a fire alarm system with smoke and fire sensors, and individual locks for each cabinet. Customers have 24-hour authorized access.

A strong emphasis is placed on connectivity and customer service. The facility's strategic location is reinforced by three independent cable routes and triple reserved cable approaches to the building. It hosts the presence of all local telecom operators and has its Own DWDM ring to other data centers. The staff provides 24/7 technical support and monitoring and offers a range of complimentary initial services, including free installation of server and telecommunication equipment, free initial software installation and configuration, and a free 30-day non-binding test period for all services. Additionally, they offer preferential prices of server components to customers.
