SDC Ruse is a carrier-neutral data center strategically positioned where large-capacity international routes terminate. Located at the Bulgaria–Romania border, it is directly connected via fiber optics across the water border to Romanian Internet service providers. SDC Ruse ensures service continuity with two independent electric power sources, AVR-controlled generators, and an extra fuel tank supporting up to 20 hours of backup. The facility features 48V power supply units and an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) with 2N+1 redundancy. Cooling systems are designed with N+1 redundancy for consistent climate control.

It is designed as a Tier 3 data center, ensuring high availability and operational excellence.
