The facility is designed with a total whitespace of 5,087 square meters, offering flexible colocation options ranging from shared rackspace and partial cabinets to dedicated cages and private suites. Reliability is ensured through an N+1 UPS redundancy configuration, providing a stable energy environment for mission-critical hardware.

Maintaining optimal operating temperatures is handled by a sophisticated thermal management system featuring air-cooled chillers paired with side-discharge MegaCRAHs. The cooling infrastructure is built with N+2 redundancy, ensuring that even during maintenance or equipment failure, the environment remains within strict operational tolerances. This robust setup is essential for preserving the longevity and performance of high-density server deployments.

In the event of a utility failure, SP5x relies on a highly resilient standby power architecture. This system includes 1x 3500kW LV generator dedicated to each individual power block, configured with N+1 redundancy for maximum uptime. Fire safety is equally prioritized through a double interlock pre-action automatic fire suppression system, designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from both fire and accidental water damage.

The facility employs a multi-layered security protocol to safeguard physical assets and data integrity. Access is strictly controlled via mantrap entries, biometric scanners, and card access points, all while being monitored by 24/7 CCTV surveillance. To ensure immediate response to any technical or security concerns, the site is manned round-the-clock by dedicated onsite security and technical staff, providing Remote Hands support whenever needed.
