Facility and Infrastructure
Operational since 2022, the IDX data center is a purpose-built, multi-tenant facility offering 1.2 MW of fully built-out power and 250 sq.m. of white space, within a total building size of 1,670 sq.m. The infrastructure supports a maximum of 5 kW per rack, with expandable white space to accommodate growing needs.
Redundancy and Reliability
To ensure uninterrupted service, the facility features N+1 redundancy across all critical systems. This includes UPS systems and cooling units provided by Vertiv, and standby power supported by MWM generators, ensuring continuous uptime and operational stability.
Security and Access Control
Security is a top priority at IDX, with 24/7 onsite security staff, biometric and card-based access controls, CCTV surveillance, and automatic fire suppression systems, providing robust protection for all hosted infrastructure.
Client Support and Amenities
The data center also includes a Meet-Me Room (MMR), conference and break rooms, office space, a loading bay, and crash carts. Clients benefit from full and partial cabinets, shared rackspace, remote hands services, and peering with five networks, supported by full Wi-Fi coverage throughout the facility.
