Redundancy and Reliability (Tier 2 Design)
The core infrastructure ensures high availability through a minimum of N+1 redundancy across critical systems. This includes complete N+1 redundancy for power delivery (with UPS Redundancy N+1) and cooling infrastructure (Cooling Redundancy N+1). Furthermore, Standby Power Redundancy is also N+1. The facility is built to a Tier 2 Design standard, meaning it provides redundant capacity components and a single, non-redundant distribution path, balancing reliability with cost-effectiveness.
Co-location and Technical Specifications
The co-location services are flexible, catering to various customer needs with options for Full Cabinets, Partial Cabinets, and Shared Rackspace. The facility became operational in 2015, is housed on one building floor with a Solid Floor type, and features Automatic Fire suppression systems. Technical support staff are on-site during business hours (Biz-hours) and offer Remote Hands services for managing client equipment outside of standard access.
