To ensure continuous operation, the facilities are designed with robust redundancy measures. This includes N+1 redundancy for UPS, Cooling, and Standby Power, minimizing the risk of downtime.

Akton prioritizes the security and maintenance of housed equipment. The data centers maintain a high level of operational support with Onsite Security Staff available 24/7 to ensure physical security. In addition, Onsite Technical Staff are also available 24/7 to provide crucial Remote Hands services, assisting customers with the management and troubleshooting of their equipment.

Akton operates an extensive Metro network built upon its own optical infrastructure in major cities across the region, including Ljubljana, Zagreb, Belgrade, Skopje, Sarajevo, and Podgorica. This network is the foundation for Akton's Dark Fiber solutions, which adhere to the ITU-T G.652 standard. These Dark Fiber offerings are customized to individual customer specifications, providing dedicated and scalable bandwidth.
