The Data Center ensures exceptional reliability through high-level redundancy and security protocols. It features 2N UPS Redundancy with an online UPS description, and 2N Cooling Redundancy utilizing an in-row cooling system. Standby Power Redundancy is also 2N, supported by 2 independent power lines. Security is maintained by CCTV surveillance, Card Access Control, Automatic Fire suppression, and Onsite Security Staff, 24/7. Onsite Technical Staff are also available 24/7.

The facility, which became Operational in 2016, is a Purpose-built Construction Type housed in a total building size of 2,500 sq.m. on a Total Plot Size of 5,000 sq.m. over 5 floors. It is a Multi-tenant (mixed use) Tenancy Type and includes various amenities such as a Meet-Me-Room (MMR), Conference Room, Breakroom, Office Space, and WiFi. One tenant currently offers cloud services.
