The facility features customized 42RU racking systems 600mm W × 900mm D designed to handle high density power requirements of up to 45A per rack. To ensure continuous operation, the power architecture utilizes UPS filtered electricity with an optional N+1 redundancy configuration and a dedicated onsite diesel generator. For specialized workloads, the facility offers configurable power feeds across A, B, and C lines, providing a robust safety net against electrical failure.

Thermal management is handled through a dedicated cooling plant room and managed air conditioning systems that maintain N+1 redundancy. The infrastructure includes perforated rack fronts for managed heat dispersion, alongside direct air intake and advanced exhaust heat management systems. These environmental controls are integrated into a comprehensive Environmental Monitoring System that tracks humidity and temperature to protect sensitive hardware from fluctuations.

Security is multilayered, featuring 24 7 monitoring by a Network Operations Centre NOC and third party security firms. The premises are protected by recorded CCTV, swipe card access throughout, and onsite security and technical staff available around the clock. Fire safety is a top priority, utilizing Laser VESDA Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus for rapid detection, supported by an FM200 Gas Suppression system which can extinguish fires without damaging electronic equipment.

As an AMCOM powered facility, the data center is situated on a Metropolitan Fibre Ring to provide inherent carrier redundancy. It offers a rich connectivity ecosystem including WAIX peering and network uplinks to core switches starting at a minimum of 100Mbit. Whether clients require full cabinets, shared rack space, or private cages and suites, the facility provides the high speed infrastructure necessary for low latency data transmission and robust network performance.
