At the heart of the facility is a Tier 4 certified design, ensuring the highest level of fault tolerance available in the industry. The power architecture utilizes a 3N/2 redundancy configuration across Vertiv UPS systems and diesel generation, supporting a massive power density of up to 30 kW per rack. With a total power capacity of 2 MW and a highly efficient PUE of 1.2, the infrastructure is engineered to handle intensive computational loads while maintaining continuous operation through any utility failure.

To maintain optimal hardware performance, the datacentre employs a sophisticated chilled water and refrigeration cooling system. Like the power systems, the cooling infrastructure operates on a 3N/2 redundancy model, ensuring that environmental variables remain constant even during equipment maintenance or localized failures. This is bolstered by 24/7 environmental monitoring that tracks temperature and humidity levels across the 300 sq.m. of purpose built whitespace.

Security at the Melbourne facility is multi layered, combining physical barriers with high tech surveillance. The perimeter is fully fenced and monitored by 24/7 onsite security guards and comprehensive CCTV surveillance. Entry is strictly controlled via a mantrap system utilizing both biometric and card access controls. These physical measures ensure that only authorized personnel can interact with the hardware, providing peace of mind for businesses hosting sensitive data.
