MSTelcom (MSTelcom TCC) Data Center

MSTelcom TCC serves as the main datacenter and telecommunications hub, featuring five dedicated computer rooms for customer hosting and a state-of-the-art Network Operations Center (NOC) staffed 24/7. The facility is a purpose-built, sole-tenant building designed to support business growth initiatives by reducing the need for additional investment in non-essential infrastructure.

The datacenter offers significant redundancy, including stabilized electrical energy with multiple backup sources, a set of three generators with an additional fuel tank, and robust HVAC systems to ensure optimal environmental control. Security is comprehensive, with 24/7 onsite security staff, remote monitoring, and advanced access, intrusion, and fire protection systems.

Connectivity is highly reliable through a diverse fiber path and multiple high-throughput radio links covering Luanda’s metropolitan area. A national radio link reaches Benguela, while the facility functions as the main satellite hub, enabling remote sites to connect directly. It also features a Meet-Me-Room (MMR) for interconnection services.

The facility provides a secure and reliable environment for hosting customer or MSTelcom equipment within the Indoor Data Centers. Services include redundant power, climate control, and full security, with flexible options such as full cabinets, partial cabinets, shared rackspace, cages, and suite footprints. These colocation services can also be combined with MPLS network products to meet specific customer requirements.

MSTelcom enables sharing of passive telecom infrastructure at proprietary and secure sites in both major urban centers and remote locations. This includes providing outdoor space in telecommunications towers for installing customer antennas, complete with redundant power, access control, and protection systems. Additionally, remote shelters are available nationwide, offering outdoor space in square meters along with all necessary infrastructure, including security, backup power, and air conditioning.

To support client operations, the datacenter offers Disaster Data Recovery Services and Remote Hands assistance from its technical staff, ensuring smooth and continuous operation of hosted systems.
